Black Market Clash
Does anyone know how rare a copy of Black Market Clash (not *Super* Black Market, the original) on CD is? I was browsing a local store and found a copy for $13.99 and I grabbed it. Every website I've looked on only lists Super and from what I've read the original is long out of print. Anyone know what this might be worth?

"Punk legends THE CLASH have teamed up with a top training shoe firm to launch their very own limited edition skate-boarding footwear. Surviving members guitarist MICK JONES, drummer TOPPER HEADON and bassist PAUL SIMONON stunned skate shoe company Globe when they expressed their desire to produce the trainers - which will be known as the .45 Clash shoe. A spokesperson for the company says, "When the word came that The Clash wanted us to produce a co-branded shoe with them, we s**t ourselves!" Just 250 pairs are to be released, retailing at GBP36 ($69.99)."

It's 36 pgs and I'll part with it for 33 euro.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

The image is crap and he's supposed to be black n white, blame my scanner.
I'll have it only for a couple of weeks until it's going to another shop so move quickly.
Delete this very x-posted post if it's not allowed.

I made a music space (on MySpace) for The Clash (the other page only plays 30 second clips). I'm sure several detest the site itself, but if not:

Joe Strummer as a singer, no doubt...

my thoughts on the house band of the afterlife, musicians that have passed away forming a band to rock everyone else who has died's ass off...thoughts, comments, who would you add, drop, etc...maybe a set list?

Okay, geeky question:
What was the reggae/ska tune played right before the clash came on stage in the "No Hotel" thingie on the Rude Boy DVD?
And after the white riot at the Kinema turned into a complete chaos? Just wonderin if anyone knows.

Hello everyone! New member.
I come begging for help for a project I'm doing on the Clash. I can't for the life of me find what instruments (as in what kind of guitar/drum kit, etc.) any of the members played. Can anyone help?!

Hey guys

The other day i was browsing around a local record shop and to my amazement, found this great Clash bootleg. Its a full recording of their Atlanta Georgia concert back in '79. Really amazing show with some crazy energy. One of the coolest things is that the band plays lots of London Calling material (it wasn't realesed in the US yet) and the crowd gets really into it. Anyway, i was wondering if anybody here collects Clash bootlegs or knows where to find more.

Where can I get my hands on more live material/tv-interviews and the likes on DVD or something? I've already got Rude Boy, but that's not much... Nothing's too small or trivial, I'll take whatever I can get.
